Greetings,

It has been quite the year.  We live history every day, but rarely does it feel like what we live, will be talked about by future generations.  Civil unrest, global pandemic, monoliths popping up all over, murderous hornets, a whole continent burning, and millions dead... we have all lived through, and continue to live through, very interesting times.  I hope as the year winds down and we move into 2021 that we all can find it a far better one.

I personally started this year with vague un-confirmed knowledge that I was going to become a parent this year, and we did welcome our little one into our lives a few months ago.  Obviously having a kid is trying at the best of times, during a pandemic it just makes everything so much harder.

It has been very difficult at times with everything going on.  I thought the pregnancy was killing my work time, but Junior has the amazing ability to force me to get no work done on some days.  All that said, there is light at the end of the tunnel for Episode 9.

This last Monday during a Patreon stream we got the Hegemony storyline up and running and did a playthrough.  There are plenty of missing images but that story is actually playable right this moment (on my PC).  The Aloshan story is massive (seriously, currently there are no sex scenes in the script and it's already the longest episode by a few hundred lines) and still doesn't run due to some scripting bugs I am still working on.  As soon as it's playable, a first alpha will be going out to Ensign+ Patrons... possibly even today.

This leaves me with the future.  There's two more episodes in this season of Starship Inanna.  We're already working on threads and hooks for next season.  I also have a slew of short stories that people have commissioned and there's a Kani novella in early writing.  We have the Starship Inanna tabletop RPG that we've showed at GenCon back in 2019.  We're planning on being there again in 2021 for more play-tests and one-shots.  We also want to get the one-shots we've already done out too.

There's a lot still to come, but I wanted to take the time to thank you all for helping us get through what has been a rough year the world over.  Those of you who do fan art, who ask lore questions, who come by the devstreams to talk all sorts of games and everything, or even those of you who just follow us, and those who play Starship Inanna... Thank you to all of you.

And of course, to our Patrons, the ones who make this all possible, thank you all, every last one of you from Cadet up to Commander have pushed us to grow, and to strive to make the best stories, art, and music that we can.
